Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LoopSim, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What LoopSim is (and is not)

LoopSim provides simulated job-interview practice, coaching, and AI-generated research and feedback. Every interviewer and coach on the platform is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Simulations are constructed from publicly reported interview formats. LoopSim is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company whose name appears in a descriptive, "-style" context (e.g. "Google-style"). We do not represent that any simulated question is or was an actual question used by any company, and we make no promise that practice on LoopSim will result in any interview, offer, level, or other outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and auto-renewal

We offer recurring subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Subscription plans bill in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the price shown at purchase and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (or the billing portal); cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't prorate partial periods. One-time pack credits do not auto-renew and expire 12 months after purchase. A credit is consumed when a live session starts; text coaching and research do not consume credits. Prices may change prospectively with notice; changes never affect a period you've already paid for.

4. Refunds and our guarantee

14-day money-back guarantee. Within 14 days of purchase, we will refund any unused credits (and the unused portion of a subscription period) on request. In addition, your first paid live session is satisfaction-guaranteed— if it disappoints, contact us within 14 days and we'll restore the credit or refund it. If a session fails for technical reasons attributable to us before you have answered a question, we restore the credit automatically. Because each live session has a real delivered cost, completed sessions beyond the first-session guarantee are generally non-refundable, but we handle genuine issues case by case. 5. Acceptable use

You may not: use LoopSim to obtain real-time assistance during an actual interview or assessment; resell, scrape, or extract the platform, its knowledge base, or model outputs in bulk; reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits, credits, or access controls; attempt to identify or contact other users; upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share; or use the service to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

6. Interviewer research ("dossiers")

If you provide the names of people you expect to interview with, LoopSim may compile a prep summary from their public, professional footprint only (e.g. published papers, talks, open-source work, conference bios) to help you prepare and to weight practice topics. We do not gather private or sensitive information, and the simulation never claims to be, or impersonates, a real person. By submitting a name you confirm you are using it for your own legitimate interview preparation. Tell us at support@eigen-holdings.com to remove a dossier.

7. Recordings, your content, and license

With your explicit in-session consent, live sessions are transcribed (and, in avatar mode, your speech is processed in real time) to power scoring, reports, and coaching. We retain transcripts and generated reports, not raw audio or video; your device camera self-view, if enabled, is shown to you locally and is not transmitted or stored. Your transcripts and reports are private to your account. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. pasted job descriptions, your answers); you grant us the limited license needed to host and process that content to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, content, and brand are owned by Eigen Holdings LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use LoopSim for your personal interview preparation. AI-generated outputs delivered to you (your reports, study plan, and brief) are yours to use for that purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Scores, readiness estimates, leveling, verdicts, research, and study material are AI-generated practice feedback — not professional, career, legal, or financial advice, and not predictions of any real-world outcome. AI output can be inaccurate; verify anything you rely on. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eigen Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eigen Holdings LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@eigen-holdings.com.

13. Termination

You may stop using LoopSim and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive termination.
